well, its an update!
its my second last day of uni for this semester. then ive got two months of hols until the 27th of july. which means i can start doing stuffs i like and submitting my own work. which doesn't consist of school tasks.
i have completed the finals for my three prac subjects which were/ are

sculpture. we were given a task to complete an exact replica of an object, to scale from cardboard. i chose a teapot. which then progressed to a small tea set, containing the teapot, a cup, sugar cube, teabag, teaspoon, a saucer and a milk jug. i then skinned (paper mache' the outside to make it smooth and then painted it black and white with my own design. im pretty happy with the way that one turned out.

graphics. we had to design a tourism poster for Melbourne city. i dunno. graphics is probably my worst subject out of the three. but i finished my poster design and am gonna hand it in today. it isnt the best, but im 'content' with it.

2d. we had to create a project relating to 'this is me'. i chose self portraiture. it was sooo much harder than i thought it would be, but in the end im pretty happy with it. i used stipple for my head, (which is self port 4) and then had a tree sprouting from it with our family's names repeated inside it. then cut up the top part, which kind of breaks away. again im happy with that.

all in all yay for one day left, which is sculpture. which is EASY! and fun, probs the funnest class.
